研究テーマ

社会性の形成・維持を司る神経内分泌基盤

 

自身を取り巻く他個体(人)と行動的,情動的関係性を築くこと,すなわち「社会性の形成と維持」は、社会生活を営む我々にとって根幹的であるが、高度に情報化した現代社会では、「社会性の変容」に起因する様々な問題が顕在化してきている。ヒトの一生においては、時期特異的、性特異的、脳領域特異的に働くホルモンの働きによって様々な社会行動、絆行動の表出が制御されている。本研究室では、ホルモンが、脳内の「どこに局在する」、「どの受容体に」、「いつ」、「どのように」に作用して、(1)社会行動の表出を司る神経系を構築し、(2)適応的な行動の表出を支え、(3)性差、個体差を生み出すのか、を明らかにすることにより、「社会性の形成と維持を司る脳内機構」の解明を目指した研究を推進している。
